wireframe question

Wireframe can be somewhat tricky (if you don't pick your geometry correctly). What I end up doing most of the time is after creating the toolpath (and alot of times it doesn't come out correctly) you have to play with the Across: cutter comp in computer and Along: cutter comp in computer parameters. Usually switching those parameters will eventually find the path you are looking for.

Also note: Make sure your first chain is the across chain and that the intersection point is last. I have banghead.gif so many times trying to figure something out that when all was said and done my two chains were reversed.

Try this.

Post your code, save the .nci file.

ALT+C, filterNCI.dll

apply the filter to the saved .nci file

Mill toolpaths Import NCI, pick the filtered nci to import and then post that.

Even if you do not get all arcs you should get substantially less code
