Mori alarm!!!!!!!

I accidentally hit restart in the middle of a tool change. Have a call into service but who knows when they'll get back. It's alarm EX0298 pot is existing in magazine. The main page shows the proper information. Tool 1 is in the spindle and Tool 15 is in the ready position. I can change these 2 tools only. If I call up any other tool I get the alarm. Any suggestions? It's a new NH-4000.

manual mode, custom key, open shutter, pot to spindle side, close shutter. See if that works for you.

Also, make sure the tools are still holding the correct numbers.

The magazine should be at pot #15 if that is your next tool, which is what gave you the alarm.

The tool #'s are correct. I was able to open the shutter but there is no "pot to spindle side" option.

hit page down to see the rest of the options. that is where pot to spindle side is

try to move "pot up" and hit reset after that.

btw, hitting "start cycle" twice shouldn't give you an alarm
