Lathe canned finish cycle

I am using "generic fanuc 2x lathe.pst"

I program canned rough cycle then canned finish cycle. the problem I have is this

if I put the X 1.8 into G0 Z.0616 making it

G0 X 1.8 Z.0616 it works. is there a way to force the x move into that line??

Do a search this has been covered tons of time it is a crash problem with Lathe when using the Canned finishing cycle. I believe the Mplmaster has addressed this problem, but again do a search and it will explain it better than I can.
