RADII @ CUT-OFF

I have found the cut off cycle to be not very user friendly. Making a straight cut down, not so bad but to add a corner chamfer takes a lot of messing around.

What I have found that usually works is to make the cut off boundy flat (straight line) ONLY! Do not chain in the radius you have drawn. If you need to, draw a new line so the cut off boundy begins right at the OD of the part then add the rad/cmfr within cut off.

I don't usually have any problem with this in X2.

I don't draw the back radius, I turn off roll cutter around corners and I draw the part off line (back end of the part)

What version are you using and what is going wrong?
