but I forgot how setup again

to get into toolbar

It works differently now(it is just like all the rest of the toolbars) go to settings/customize and click on toolbar status...

 

It should put a tiny toolbar on the side bar or where ever you last had the X+ toolbar when you check X+.(it might already be there but it will be tiny)

 

Then drag the tiny toolbar off and drop it on your workspace.

 

Then in catagory, scroll down to the X+ and click on it.

 

Drag each of the Icons off and drop it onto the toolbar on your workspace.

 

Redock the X+ toobar..
