Contract Programming

My employer has allowed me time on his system for me to perform contract programming. My request concerns the contractual agreement between Shops and myself. Would anyone be willing to supply me with template of contract that you might use. Do you think a signed purchase order would be sufficient?. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

 

P.S.-Does my intention in any way violate my employers contract with CNC Software?.

Not that I know of.

 

the only problem I see is you taking my custoners out that way.

 

Make sure you dont under charge.

Don't want to get to ambitious, going to concentrate on smaller job shops. I'll leave the big boys for you.

this way I don't have to travel so far if I am busy here.
