Auto Highlight X3

Using X3, I noticed that once Verify is launched, I loose my auto highlight and pre-select will display only after repainting the screen or slightly zooming or un-zooming. At first I would close Mastercam and re-open to fix the graphic issue, but noticed Ram-Saver will also fix the problem.

Have noticed several graphics issues with X3. Part I am working now has a wireframe tool, left behind from a backplot, that I can't get rid of. Also have had the auto highlight issue you just described. Sometimes it locks tighter than xxxx hatband, and I can't do anything. Usually, if I turn shading on and off, it clears up that, and the highlight problem. Not always tho.

The Regenerate Display command will fix this

Using the alt-s hotkey for the shade toggle will also fix this.

My question is, has it been reported by anyone?

 

On that same line, is there any access to reported bugs by the end user (us) to see if something is reported before reporting it again?

No, there is no access to a reported bug list

I fixed this issue by changing the config setting under the verify settings tab and check disable hardware accelerator.

This may or may not wwork, depending on what video card is involved.

It does come with a heavy hit to your video performance though.. I prefer to put up with it and hit the "Regenerate Display List" icon
