Updating video drivers???

I just did a video driver update to get rid of the oval circle that my widescreen monitor was producing. Now that I have did the install my text and geometry in Mastercam seems to be blurry. I'm using a 1154 x 864 resolution. The NVIDIA driver I installed has lots of option to change. I have changed several, but haven't had any luck. Any suggestions.
