Solidworks 08 Toolbars Moving

I can't for the life of me get the toolbars to stay put in Solidworks 08. EVERY time I start the program the toolbars are all scattered around but still in the toolbar area. I'm begining to think it has something to do with the 3D control toolbar placed there by my space navigator. Any ideas?
