[MachineSMMC]

I am trying to have my post output a certain line of code (G65P9863H.01) when it is any tool number EXCEPT T30. Anybody have any suggestions.

I am guessing that this is a broken tool cycle for a tool probe and that T30 contains a tool or spindle probe that you don't want to run the cycle.

 

Where in the posted code do you want the cycle?

Using Mpmaster in postblock pretract;

In order to do this you will need to capture the tool# after a tool change and save it to check against T30 at the point that you call the probe cycle.

 

In you variables you will need to add this line

fmt T 4 prv_t # save Tool number for tool breakage

Then at the beginning of psof$ and the beginning of ptlchg$ you will need to save the tool# like this

Then at the end of the pretract section you can add a conditional
