In order to do this you will need to capture the tool# after a tool change and save it to check against T30 at the point that you call the probe cycle.

In you variables you will need to add this line

code:

# --------------------------------------------------------------------------

# Toolchange / NC output Variable Formats

# --------------------------------------------------------------------------

fmt T 4 prv_t # save Tool number for tool breakage

Then at the beginning of psof$ and the beginning of ptlchg$ you will need to save the tool# like this

code:

 ptlchg$          #Tool change

prv_t = t$

code:

 psof$ #Start of file for non-zero tool number

prv_t = t$

Then at the end of the pretract section you can add a conditional

code:

 if prv_t > 30

[ pbld, n$, "G65", "P9853", prv_t, "H.01" e$ ]

if prv_t < 30

[ pbld, n$, "G65", "P9853", prv_t, "H.01" e$ ]

I may have forgot something else you need to add but someone else will be along shortly to assist. biggrin.gif
