Is there a short cut key for Dynamic rotate. I have a new mouse that doesn't work with the middle mouse button.

No default, but you can easily create one using the "Keymapping" function in the Settings menu. See the help file or reference guide for more details...

You could also check and see what the default setting for your middle mouse wheel is. There should be some software that came with the mouse, or you can go into the mouse settings in the control panel and reconfigure the settings.

 

You ususally have a drop down menu that has different mouse buttons settings. You should set it to "middle click" or "Auto-scroll". Something like that...
