I keep getting a warning that mastercam can not find a five axis control and can not find out way.

It says:

Machine Definition File

C:mcamxCNC_MACHINESMILL 5-axis table-head vertical.MMD

assignedto group"Machine group-1" does not exist

Does anyone know way it is doing that. I checked the cofig file and nothing is looking for anything 5 axis. cuckoo.gif

Its doing it because one of your toolpaths wants to use a 4th or 5th axis.

Check to make sure you WCS and T-plane is set correctly.

You may also need to go into your toolpath properties in the operations manager, go to files, and click the replace button. Choose the machine you are using and click open.
