Hi

What I am trying to do is create a fillet between a 4"dia. arc that is on the side plane and a line that is perpendicular(?SP?) to it on the top plane. Anybody know how to do this? I have tried to create the the pockets flat then rolling it but I them have troubles creating the toolpaths. Also I may have to edit the sizes a bit so it would be better if I could draw it myself.

Thanks for any input cheers.gif

confused.gif What does (?SP?) mean?

What size fillet Radus?

If I understand. You are trying to make a fillet in the top Cplane between the line that is in the top Cplane and the Arc that is in the side Cplane. Hmmmm

If I have this rihgt? Then you will need to create a temporary vertical line in the top Cplane going thru the Arc so you can see two perpendicular lines, wink.gif then you can fillet it.
