tool length offset

In ver9 the tool length output (H) is 1 # greater than my tool #(T). Where can I change this default so that both the T# and the H# are the same? I last was in ver7 and never had that problem before.

 

what it out puts in ver9:

T5M06

G00G90X.1029Y-.0171S4500M3

G43H6Z3.M08

 

what I want it to output:

T5M06

G00G90X.1029Y-.0171S4500M3

G43H5Z3.M08

Screen Configure,NC Settings,Operation Defaults,Select Defaults.df9,right click and go into Job Setup,look for the Tool Offset Registers-its set to add 1 to length 20 to diameter...........set them to 0 and 0.......oh and make sure after you save the change to the mill9.cfg or whatever your cfg file is named
