Rest Material After Area Clearance

After using a .500 Flat to rough using HST (Area Clearance) I am trying to come back and finish up the corners using a .250 Flat with copying the area clearance path and changing it to a waterline finish path with the parameters set to Rest Material roughing tool .500. Even if I change it to use the last operation. It still skips the corners that I have colored purple in the attached picture. Help is welcomed......

Did you change your "Stock to leave" when you copied your op?

If your walls are 90°, I would use 2D contour with the option of remachining.

Murraymold I did change stock to leave - That has got me in the past..

 

 

Marting - I will give that one a try and report back..

Just to add - I am still figuring that for one reson or another their should be a way to complete this task by just copying the surface ops to get this accomplished. I could be wrong and have been in the past...
