Mastercam 5 axis books advise please

Hello .

I would like to ask for advise .

I would like to learn 5 axis machining/programing .

I found online 3 Mastercam books by "In house solution "

1 4/5 axis Traning tutorial for x3

2 Advanced Multi axis X3

3 Profetional courseware 4/5 axis for X3

Anybody can give me advise which one of 3 I need to buy ? I have expiriance for 3D machining ,but not much on 4 axis and non expiriance on 5 axis

I have used all three of these books. Start with the 4/5 axis training tutorial for X3. The first half of the book covers typical 4-axis tool paths. The second half covers the legacy 5 axis tool paths. This is a step by step tutorial and is good for self learning.

 

After you are done with that one, get the Advanced Multi-Axis book. This is also a step by step book covering all the newer advanced multi-axis tool paths.

 

The professional courseware book assumes you are already familiar with using some of the 5 axis paths and doesn't cover every single step. It is sometimes used in a class room led by an instructor.
