Friday our MC shut down.When I check the net

hasp the info states

Seriak Number XXXX

Start Date 04/13/2009

End Date 06/12/2009

Maintenance experation date 04/30/2010

 

I was not aware that the NetHasp expiried. I have

a call into my distributer, however I do not think he will get back to me for a few hours. As

we have 15 seats of X Mill 3, this is a long time to be down. Can anyone be of assistance. Thanks to all

Just because your maint has expired your MC should run. Usually it is just warnning you to pay your maint. Call your reseller he should fix you up in a matter of mins.

 

Sometimes if you open the file they send you to update your MC maint with Note pad. Enter the code manually in Start Menu/All Programs/X3/Net Hasp exe and then click the update button. This has to be done on the Computer that the net hasp is pluged into.

 

PS make shure the NetHasp radial button is activated....If not MC won't run.

Here's what has happened..

You updated your maintenance and your dealer gave you temporary codes which have expired.

They don't give out permanent codes till the check clears

The solution is to reload your old codes.

The ones they gave you last year at this time.

X3 and X3MU1 will run fine.

This will keep you going till you can get in touch with your dealer

Also check your emails from your dealer.

It entirely possible your permanent codes are sitting in your InBox
