post debugger enable switch not there.

I'm following the post debugger guide and where there is supposed to be a check box for enable post debugger (in the MasterCAM X utility window) there isn't anything.

 

Using X3 MU1.

Click where is says "disabled". It will turn into a drop down box. Then choose "Enabled".

Ok. Got past that hurdle. Now I'm at the debugger main screen and see all the related windows. When I click 'play' nothing happens. The tutorial shows the debugger going thru the post line by line but mine just seems to hang.

The X3 debugger has some bugs. You have to run it in turbo mode. That is the only way to generate the output without waiting for hours...

Im having a problem with the debugger, the switch to enable it is not there. I had it enabled in X6, yesterday when I tried to fix a double comment output on X7 I cannot enable the debugger. HELP !

In X7, there is a new utility called "Advanced Configuration". You can find it in the Windows Start Menu > Mastercam X7 Folder > Utilities > Advanced Configuration.

 

You need to use this utility (which has replaced the Control Panel Applet) to enable the Post Debugger...

^{I have  Window 8 and X6. The Mastercam Control Panel app does not launch & I need to use the debugger. Does anyone know how to fix this or bypass the control panel app so the little bug shows in the post window? I tried diesable Avast & I even put in the mcam6 folder exlusion & also the control panel app .cpl file but non of this worked.}
