how to chage part zero

can some one show me how to change part zero on screen.

for exemple after i load dxf file, the drawing has flow zero it can be any where on the screen.

instead using the translate function, do you have any better way to do it? thank for your help.

Did you recieve you customer newsletter? They had a nice piece in there on using the wcs. Check it out

ben pick the Cplain then use ALT-O together and pick the place for the new origen and do the same for Tplain. this will work for V8 & V9 one quick thought.
