HEADING: we remove lines N100 N102

After N104 we add line N105 s2500M8

we don't use A0. S0. and M5 should be M3

Feed should be in M/M eg. F200 and not F3.

Ending: Remove A0 in N168

Add G90 in N169 after G28.

I'm not sure of your level of programming, but the informatin contained in lines N100 & N102 are typically important control settings for setting up the rest of the program. I'm wouldn't recommend wiping them out all the time.

The A0. is for a 4-axis machine. The S0 may be from not having a spindle rpm programmed. If you need feedrates in metric, you may need to switch your default settings to metric.

The heading change could be accomplished by adding a question to your post that lets you reply to it before posting the nc code. Then, you could place it wherever you want. If it is always the exact same header, you could just hardcode it to post out in the spot you want it.

These requests seem extensive and I will try to help, but I have limited time. Perhaps contacting your reseller would be highly beneficial, assuming he could work on these items without interruption.

Something I have never heard of here...What would or how does one place code in the post to have a question come up??

Any examples?
