5-axis post questions

I was playing with the generic Haas 5-axis post and I had a few questions. I added a number of changes to the pretract, peof, and ptlchg sections so the posted code does what I would like for it to do, but it is posting the operations in G55 instead of G54. With an identical program, this post will output G55 where my existing post will output G54. None of my changes would have had this effect. Anyone know where the issue is?
