Geomtry seen in only certain views???

X4 MU1

I just created some geometry from surfaces and when

in top and right view they disappear.

Iso and front it shows. geometry is also not showing

up when copying to another layer.

Screen regen does not always help and neither does closing

and opening the level manager.

Save file, close MC and reopen is the only way to

remedy this when screen regen fails. It also happen on my other programmers p.c.

Any body else getting tired of this, or know a

permanent solution?

This has come up before in other threads, i believe. Was it fixed in MU2?

(I need a bug fix list) wink.gif

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Rick

Rick,

I brought in a surface file and created curves on all edges and I can see my geo in all views. I just installed mu2 last friday and everything seems to be ok for me. I had mu1 in for a afternoon when it was first released but had too many issues with it.

I started a thread on this problem a couple months ago. The same thing was happening in X2MR2. I believe the problem started when I used Create Surface/Fill Holes. All the geometry would disappear in top and right views. I fixed the file by doing Save Some and saving the geometry to a temporary file and then merging that file to a new file.
