Pauses when finishing operations

When I open up an existing operation, or create a new operation, my machine pauses and thinks for about 5 seconds before opening up.

 

When I finish with my parameters and OK it the operation can take over 20 seconds to close.

 

Anybody else seeing this?

 

It's really irritating me. The file size of this project isn't very big.

Our files are on the network so all our programmers use the same config files.

 

It's not been a problem in the past.

All the time and Working on my C drive

Yes I see this all the time the more WCS'S

I Add etc the worse it becomes.

If I click on anything else in MC

While the lag is happening (Like before

I even see the spinning egg timer etc)

MC locks up and says Its waiting for me to respond, the operations then stay greyed out forever.

I sent it in and QC said they couldnt repeat it.

 

I bring in a lifter top wcs/ bottom wcs

Tools 1-10

merge another two more WCS (Same tools)

On and on, also I copy and paste the previous

Groups operations Edit common / planes.

Then throw those toolpaths and tools onto the next model.

In no time MC X4mr2 with a 8 gig of ram /

System 7 / Quad core /64 bit / latest nvidia driver / PC is Choking.

 

Sometimes when I try to open parameters to edit something the operations window fly's off

and disapeers under the task bar forever

When I try to exit because I'm stuck MC says

It's waiting for me to respond again.

 

Last night I imported a HSM pencil path

Then.....

My Hot keys were triggering this to now!?!

 

The only thing I can do next is Run Cam studio and send the footage of my Screen into QC along with the log file.

 

Gotta run 5 hours of daylight left here!
