Mastercam Lathe question

I have a part that I want to face on one end then turn the OD down half way flip the part and face and turn the other end. can you make a new WCS and tool plane to cut the reverse side so you don't have to flip the actual geometery? If so what are the proceedures . I live in the mill world so the WCS is something that I use a lot. Does this apply to lathe ? Also if I can use a new WCS do I need to make a new stock boundry? When I tried to do the new WCS I saw where the orginal stock setup disappeared.

Thanks
