I'm trying to update my version9 post to version X4 . I have done the update and I have coded out a simple contour around a block. I compared it to the same program coded for version 9 with a known good post and the onley difference is the new program has the N numbers at the start of every line and my old one does not. I remember this being a issue with my Mazak. I need someone if they dont mind to give me some step by step directions on how to take this out of my post . Please! Be gentle this is my first post mod attempt confused.gif

Ben, I went there and it was checked so I unchecked it and when it asked if i wanted to save,I checked yes and I got the following

In order to edit the disk copy of the machine or control definition you have to access it through the Machine def first. Select "Settings/Machine Definition Manager/Control Definition Manager". The control def button is in the middle of the buttons at the top of the screen.

Once you're in the disk copy of the control def you need to go to the "NC Output" page. On that page you will see settings for Sequence numbers and you can just deselect it to turn them off completely.

Hope that helps. smile.gif
