MP Master X4 post question

Mp master suppresses the 4th axis ouput if there are no 4th-axis indexes in the program. Is there a flag that can be triggered within the post to force the 4th axis output.

I have created a custom post that lets me manually type in X,Y and 4th axis safe toolchange locations. But I need it to force the 4th axis back to zero at the next operation.

Example:

N111 G0 G90 G53 X-40. Y0. # safe toolchange

N112 G0 G55 A90. # safe toolchange

N113 T1 M06

N114 G0 G90 G55 S1400 M3 # need forced A here..

N114 thould look like this:

N114 G0 G90 G55 A0. S1400 M3

I was hoping I could just trigger a flag to force A output when all work in done at A0. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Couldn't one put the "protretinc" block in the same line that makes

quote:

N114 G0 G90 G55 S1400 M3

I assume that would be in your pwcs block or something like that. I suppose that would only work if you want A to go to 0 each time, and I suppose you would have to use a * to force the output.
