Dual Moniter setup

I recently switched to version 10 from 9 and i find myself needing more real-estate than previously. I have a Dell T7400 workstation with a 22 in monitor and my graphics card is a Quadro FX 1700 and it has the ports for 2 monitors but I only get a clone of the first. Am i setting something up wrong or does this card not support dual monitors. I am also running Xp pro.Any help would be appreciated

It works on that card, do you have the Nvidia drivers for it?

I have what cam on it from dell but when I hook up the second monitor it will only clone the first and when i go into control panel and click on display and go to monitor it onley shows one and on my laptop when i connect a second monitor it shows 2 ,one with a 1 and one with a 2 on it?

You need to set the card up for Dualview.

If you're running Dell drivers, you need to uninstall them and get the latest drivers from Nvidia. All the Dell drivers I ever messed with did not support dual view.

Once you get the Nvidia drivers installed, got to the Control Panel and enable Nvidia Desktop Manager.. launch it and run the setup wiazrd
