Im trying to get my Wire post to post out the G23,M02 and % at the end.

It just posts out g50 instead.

Any direction would be appreciated.

You don't say what type of wire machine this is for... Charmille w/ Fanuc control - maybe?

 

But you probably don't want to remove that NC line.

 

Just 'cause it's an 'S' doesn't mean it's a speed. This value is the Condition Code (aka. Power setting) and the 'D' is your Offset Register.

Take take 'D#' out and the 'G41' does nothing and you could scrap a part. ;(
