Cinci c-axis lathe question

hello all....i have a customer that has the below machine:

 

Cincinnati Milacron

Cinturn series C

Turning centers model MA

With

Cincinnati Milacron acramatic

900TC control

 

here is the drilling output he is getting:

he is telling me that his machine is alarming out and not recognizing the G80. this is an old machine. does anyone out there have a clue to how c-axis drill cycles are supposed to work on this machine?

dont honestly know. when the control gets to the G80, the alarm pops up that says G-code is not recognized. now here is the "kicker", without the G80, the tool will drill the first hole, but will not retract. it will drill to depth, part rotates with the tool still engaged with the part.

 

i have no idea what is happening.
