I will be programming for a Haas VF-2 with a TR160 on it and would like to know if anyone has an opinion on how I use my w.c.s.. should I program to center of rotation with one w.c.s.? or Should I use a new W.C.S with every rotation and use G52 back to center of rotation?

the WCS should always be at the intersection of the A and B axis. For 3+2 positioning you change the T and C planes but not the WCS. Any new coordinate systems for positioning need to have their origin at the same location as the default (top) WCS.
