verify & file get ??'s

using MCAM v9 all updated

 

1) When using verify........at the end of the simulation or if I stop during simulation.....I can't reset my

parameters (icons are not accessible/active). I have to close out of verify and start over. In ver 8.1 I could

stop/start, change parameters in verify many times over (without closing). What am I missing here?

 

2) During File - Get...How can I set the default to be All Mastercam files (mc9 mc8 mc7) ?

1) It could be that although the buttons appear inactive, they are still usable. I've seen that a few times in V9. The same buttons that were available in V8 should still be usable now, even if they look grey. I've solved that problem before by updating to the latest Nvidia drivers for my graphics card (Geforce 2 MX440)

 

2) I don't believe you can change the default file type to look at all Mcam files. I getting ready to be corrected though....

The problem with the VCR buttons for the verification process has been fixed in v9.1.

 

And you are also correct, while the buttons appear to be inactive, depending upon the state of the verification process, some are active and will work.

As Don had stated the varify in V9.1 is much nicer and cleaner.

I guess you can call it a new version we are in beta with it and the new and radical router v9.1.
