i'm working with Mazak 10MS and Mazak 8N, both require the G50 system to be used (T32 Controls)

The post i'm using is a generic Fanuc post modified for T32 Controls, I uploaded it to the FTP in new folder. MAZAKL.PST is the file

If you can take a quick look to see if i set it up properly, thanks

do you mean Misc. Values? if so what exactly would i be looking for? None of the integers/values are defined.

if anyone uses this system, please feel free to help me out here. because of this drawback i don't use mastercam lathe, I use mazatrol. But if i can start getting this to work, i'd like to use it.

Thanks

Open the post you are using in a text editor.

At the start of the program it will explain

the Misc settings and the different output

they generate.

or experiment

Try setting Misc 1 to -1 , 0 ,1 or 2.

Each setting will generate a different type of home move.

You only have to set it for the first Operation of a program. Once you know what it is, open your

post up and set Misc 1 to the right number permanently. The setting are at the very end of the post.
