Post processor not save.

galvao,

Try just saving the NC rather than the NCI. There's really no need to save the NCI unless you are trying to fine tune a post processor file or are using an older version of Mastercam. Also do as Millturn suggested and check the "Edit" box on to open the NC file after processing and take note of where the file is being saved when it asks for the name of your NC. HTH smile.gif

Matthew,

quote:

Don't you need the NCI file to create a set-up sheet?

You don't need the NCI for a Setup Sheet if you use the Operations Manager Setup Sheet for your current operations. Right-click in the Ops Manager and select "Options". At the bottom of the Options menu is Setup Sheet. This will automatically read the toolpath NCI data and produce a printable setup sheet, which you can configure to your preferences. You would need an NCI if you started the Setup Sheet from NC Utilities. But it is not always necessary to save the NCI unless you plan to perform NC Utilities on a file other than your current Mastercam file. I was trying to eliminate some confusion for Galvao by telling him he only needed to save the NC during the post process of his file. HTH smile.gif
