Surface flowline toolpath

We are trying to put a tool path on a outside fillet around a irregular shaped pocket.

When using flowline not all the surfaces align to the same direction. Trying to machine from top to bottom of fillet.

Is ther a way to flip , cut direction of idividual surfaces .

Any other stratergies for this type of cut.

Use v8.11 "single row only" option.

Use "modify-normal". All the normals of the surface must be "pointing" the same way.

I would suggest using the Surface-Finish-Project-Blend-3D toolpath instead of Flowline. This toolpath is not available in V8 but it is a far better toolpath for machining all surfaces in a given direction of cut rather than trying to align all the surfaces for Flowline. There is a sample file and information about this toolpath in the "What's new for V9" doc. HTH
