Rick that spreadsheet sounds very cool. I have this mack daddy calculator that I programmed with speeds and feeds, but I feel goofy walking into a clients shop with it. If you wouldn't mind uploading to the FTP site I think alot of us would find that very usefull. Thank you for bringing that up.

Good morning

I saw a cad software at lunch on Friday that my friend Mike wrote.

It has all the wire type drawing options, and some simple 3-d

iso. viewing of cad files. He said it goes for about "A Hundy".

He will be back in the office on 1-6-03, and I will ask him for

a few seats to try on Forum members. From the few minutes

I played with it,,, it looked liked what you are looking for.

Rick

I'd be interested in that spreadsheet. I too have a super killer TI programmable calculator, but I don't take it out on the floor much. The spreadsheet sounds neat. Sounds like other people would be interested too.

let me know if you upload it to the FTP site or elsewhere

Thanks cheers.gif

Hi all

I sent Mike an email and he sent this back.

((I didn't know that a pocket pc, and a palm os were not the same thing.))

Hey scott,

the problem with this is My software is for the pocket pc's such as toshiba pocket pc and compacts ipac pocket pc.

Not palm pilots. It has to be a window based pocket pc.

My website is
it out!

I put some of the functions on the home page and more of the fuctions on the product page.

My website has a free calcualator that you can download that is better than most any that you would buy.

and of course you can order the cad system of the pocket pc.

I asked if he would give some of the forum members some ""market testing seats"""

He was open.

I put it on the FTP site in the 'misc.' direcotry.

Here is the link:

ftp://mastercam:[email protected]/Ma...es_&_misc/feeds and speeds - milling.xls

For a Pocket PC, just drag-and-drop it and ActiveSync will convert it for you. I imagine that something like that will work with a PalmOS device, but my wife won't let me play with her m515 long enough for me to find out...
