filleting multiple faces of a solid

I am having difficulty with filleting complex faces of solids. I am trying to smoothly fillet an area where three faces intersect, with a variable radius fillet. I consistently get messages such as "BLCCRL range too large" or "Blend overflow removes adjacent face or edge". I have run through all of the options I can change, and none of them help. I have also looked through the tutorial book, but I can't find an applicable example.
