how do i set up MC to generate Plane spatial commands for a MIkron 5axis using Heidenhain T530 control?

i can only get it to generate Cycle 19

Your current output is like this ( I guess):

 

L B-12.345 C+123.456 R0 FMAX M126

CYCL DEF 19.0 WORKPLANE

CYCL DEF 19.1 B-12.345 C+123.456

 

For Plane you just need:

 

L B-12.345 C+123.456 R0 FMAX M126

PLANE SPATIAL SPA+0 SPB-12.345 SPC+123.456 STAY SEQ- TABLE ROT

 

or

 

PLANE SPATIAL SPA+0 SPB-12.345 SPC+123.456 TURN FMAX SEQ- TABLE ROT

 

It shoud be straight forward to change the post as most of it is hardcoded text.

On some post I've seen, it is just a switch in the post itself that defines if you output G19 ou spatial angle.

Might wnt to look with your reseller or the person who provided you the post.

changed the post for the spatial also had to change parameters in machine to activate spatial
