Need a good tool grinder

We have a job that requires some form tools and we need to get these turned around as quickly as we possibly can, so we are looking for a tool grinder with a CNC grinder who has time to accommodate us.

 

We need two corner rounding cutters made with tangent points to angled walls, and a 15 deg taper mill with a .1556 ball mill. All tools need to be made from carbide.

We've had great luck with our local guy. Colorado Industrial has done excellent work on everything we've sent (regrinding and custom tools, mostly carbide) and their prices have been very reasonable.

 

The name is misleading though. They're located in NE Connecticut.

We use a place in Connecticut, Called Primary Cutter Grinding. They make endmills called SUPERMills which are great and can make custom ground tooling as well. They have pretty quick turn around when all they need to do is take an existing tool and grind an angle and a radius on it. www.supermill.com
