Matsura Problems

Hopefully there is someone out there who can offer some advice on this one, as I am completely lost at the moment.

 

We have a Mastura RA III G2 with a two pallet system, and when I run the pallet change program, the pallet un-clamps, then the pallet door opens and then...nothing! No alarm, no movement. The APC position light is on. I am able to manually clamp the pallet and close the door, but I can not figure out why this thing won't swap pallets. It was doing it just fine a couple of hours ago!

Does the button go down in the area for receiving the pallet?

how do you ready the pallet on the outside of the machine, our haas will do that if the pallet outside is not ready.

nice, been there before, also watch stringy chips hanging below the pallets

Ah yes those pesky photo sensors. I've "heard" of people removing those so they don't have those problems

 

I could have sworn I heard that Race Face just went out of business and was up for auction, did you used to work there or did I hear wrong?
