Alarm 1725 Door open confirmation OFF

 

I know this is related to the machine not sensing the door between the machine and pallet changer closing. I tried putting new switches in, but with no luck...I am still getting the alarm. Does anybody have any ideas what else I could look at? Is there a page on the control (OSP U100m) where it will show the state of the switches, as the control sees it?

Are the switches Proximity switches? maybe they need to be adjusted slightly.

Door open confirmation was on for 5 seconds during execution of close command.

 

I'm not aware of anyplace where you can view the state of the switches, but I will take another look.

What if you change the parameter that controls the timer in the APC parameter?

You need to look in system check mode

Thanks guys, but I gave up and called in a service tech. I have have too much to try and wrap my head around already :S
