Hey everyone, I'm Danny and I'm new to Machining. I signed up to be one of the machinist on the FSAE team at CSU Northridge and I need all the help I can get.

 

I was wondering how I should start learning how to use Mastercam (I know how to use a manual mill and lathe...sorta, and I am also in the middle of taking a class in SolidWorks.) Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the fourm.

 

There is a full range of books and tutorials available for sale on this forum.

 

Most come with a copy of Mastercam Home Learning Edtion.

You may also be able to get classes from your local community college

Danny welcome aboard as Gcode stated there is a full range of books and tutorials available for sale on this forum.

As I know CSU Northridge does not offer it but I do at Collage of the Canyons in Santa Clarita right down the street from Magic Mountain.
