WCS part view

Is there a setting that will allow the part on your screen not to move whenever you scroll threw the operations manager looking at program parameters? and it also dissapears whenever you change views such as top iso bottom and such I alway have to select fit after I change something and to me it gets very irriating. I just want the part to stay where its at in cutrrent orientation and on the screen no matter what I'm doing unless I change the wcs or view.

Yes, there is a setting. I think it's on the Cad page in System Config.

I'll post the details when I get in front of a computer later this morning.

Go to the Cad page of System Config

Uncheck "Update Cplane and Tplane when changing Gview"

Thanks for the info I wen there and it was already unchecked.

A couple of things to try:

1. Go to the wcs view manager and make sure the box for "update graphics view when wcs changes" is NOT checked.

2. In the operations manager second row of icons make sure the one all the way on the right side is turned off. It is the one that says "Only display associative geometry".
