where is my art

I have the ART tab displayed in my operations manager, but I only have a few selections and everything else is greyed out. In the area where the hot keys are to be displayed all that I can see are 5 empty drop boxes. I had this problem before, but I didn't have the art tab. Is it safe for me to uninstall the art package, then re-install? If so should I use the x5 art then the x5 mu1? I had switched my screen from openGL to GDI, but have since switched it back. I know that there can be issues with that. I have attached a picture of my screen so you can see what I mean. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Do you own an ART license? It is a separate purchase. Run the Hasp utility and see if it shows ART as enabled.

Yes I have the license. It was working fine until I actually needed it.

If you have mastercam X5 MU1 installed there is a Art MU1 patch which you need to download and install as well. You can find that at the following website. http://www.mastercam.com/Support/Downloads/MastercamX5/Default.aspx
