Drive Center

Hi guys,

 

I was trying to find a specific type of drive center I've used in a previous shop but can't seem to find anything online.

This was a custom made tool that was held in the chuck and drove the part from the ID with 3 HSS bits mounted along the taper of the center.

Maybe someone knows the proper name for this type of center. I can't seem to find anything.

Rohm face driver.

Would be something similar but it would be an ID driver rather then face.

They are not spring loaded either. The hss bars run alond the edge of the centers taper and bite into the ID.

I might have to re-design one from memory.
