Another Haas dogleg rapid question

Hope I'm not beating a dead horse here. I've searched and found some info, but I'm still not quite there. Here it is:

 

Dogleg rapids are gouging my part at first and last moves on High Speed toolpaths. We're manually changing G00 to G01 at the beginning and end of the code. So I want all my rapids to be changed to G01 at max feedrate. I've changed the Control Definition to "convert rapid to max feedrate", but my post still outputs G00. Pretty sure its a post issue, but not sure what to look for. Any help is greatly appreciated!

search replace g00 w/ g01fxxx in pst?

 

g01fxxx by itself sucks as a rapid move as it respects g01 machine kinematic settings(right term?) and also the feedoveride which is sometimes a pain. its normally only a small difference in cycle time, but it is free money.

I would start fresh with an mpmaster post which can be downloaded from this website for free

Downloaded the fresh post and it now posts G01 when I turn that switch on. Now to get the post dialed in and tested. Thank you!!!!
