Close Multiple Arcs

I have received a file from a customer in IGES format. The file is a stripped down solid that looks like it's been through a lot (squashed, overlapping entities deleted, dupilate entities deleted)... It is just plain old ugly, and I can't get anything better. There are MANY arcs that I need closed. Is there any way to close them all together instead of one at a time. I am using V9.1.

If you set up the close arc function, instead of clicking EACH arc, HOLD DOWN your LEFT mouse button, while it's down, hold down your RIGHT button, and drag the mouse over the area. It will work much faster. Just make sure you don't have any arcs that you DONT want closed.

That "quick select" feature comes in real handy. Since I heard about it a few months back, I use it quite frequently, mostly to delete.
