If I put .005 feed rate then post out F.01,.002 feed rate then I got F0. post out.

I try with MFAN, MPMASTERX6 they are the same out put (we use feed per revolution in our company).

Thanks in advance.

Here are some of the format statements from one of my mpmasters

fs2 11 0.3 0.3 #Decimal, absolute, 3 place
fs2 12 0.4 0.4 #Decimal, absolute, 4 place
fs2 13 0.5 0.5 #Decimal, absolute, 5 place
fs2 14 0.3 0.3d #Decimal, delta, 3 place
fs2 15 0.2 0.1 #Decimal, absolute, 2/1 place (feedrate)

Here is the feed formatting

fmt F 15 feed #Feedrate

format statement 15 (what mine is set to now) is only 2 place decimal.

Changing it to

fmt F 13 feed #feedrate

Should give you the extra decimal place.

Hello K2csp7,

Thank you very much, it's work like a charm!, by the way what are they mean?

"

fs2 11 0.3 0.3 #Decimal, absolute, 3 place

fs2 12 0.4 0.4 #Decimal, absolute, 4 place

fs2 13 0.5 0.5 #Decimal, absolute, 5 place

fs2 14 0.3 0.3d #Decimal, delta, 3 place

fs2 15 0.2 0.1 #Decimal, absolute, 2/1 place (feedrate)"

How do i understand them?

Best regards.

from left to right.....

fs2 means "this is a format statement"

12, 12, 13........ are the "names" of the format statements

0.3 means 3 places after the decimal

2.2 means 2 places before and 2 places after

5.8 would mean 5 places before and eight places after..... (i.e. your output would look like 12345.12345678 )

0.3 0.2

first column (0.3)being for english 2nd column (0.2 being for metric)

in the code you posted above, if you want a variable to be output with 4 decimal places..... you would choose format statement # 12

if you wanted 5..... format statement 13

there are also some letters (l,d,t) they are explained at the top of the format statements list in the post...
