It is easy to do just go to your post and see the format of the line I think what you want is like this what I have done to my post.

pbld, n, *tlngno, pfzout, scoolant, next_tool, e

pbld, n, "G4 P1000", e #Dwell for Toolchanger

pbld, n, "G8", e #Acceleration G code

It is very important to always make copies fo your psot before trying anything.

You would just put:

pbld, n, "G4 P2.", e #Dwell for Whatever you want

Just look forthe place in the post where it is the main body.

Then you should see something close to what I have then add the line below make sure to keep the space the same and type all spaces and chartater as in your post and u should be fine.

Hope that helps Good luck,

How do you do this in the operation manager?

I use a Misc interger 5 for high pressure coolant,

For the post at toolchange,

If MI5 = one, pbld, n, "G04P2", e

At the end of the toolchange statement if a different code is needed,

!mi8

At retract blocks if a code other than M09 is required,

If prv_mi8=one, pbld, n, "Whatever code here", e

Good luck

Yeah one thing I forgot to tell you. You have 2 places in the program where that needs to be done. You have the frist toolchange and then you have the null toolchange. It was something I hope you would play with to find it took me a couple times to get where all the parts that posted out go but if you take the time you can map the code and see where the piece fit to make the body and canned cycles and all the other fun stuff. Good luck

Got to thinking I dont know your post and since I have olny worked on post for a Fadal, Mazak, And 5 axis Thermwood you could have more places to look and see just play and have fun I sure did and still do.

I just remind you to please keep back-ups of your originals just incse you get that ohhhhhhhhhhhh like I have so many time it is problay left up to the experts but you only get good at something if you are not affarid to try it.

Remand my last posting yeah it changes the post for all the programs you post from here out in the case of our machines we need that always. The last idea that Budgie gave sound like a good one have not tried that before and was thinking of a way to mae my canned cycles work and think that is a good way. See it does pay off to put even the craziest things out there may get some sound adive from the people in the know.
