Hasp Problems X4 works Ver9.1 not Need help

Running windows 7.

We have changed from a nethasp to a hasp on a workstation. We are running both X4 wire

And Ver9.1 wire. Ver. X4 has no problems, however, Ver. 9.1 cannot find the hasp. When I try

To use the hasp utility in Ver. 9.1 It states “Hasp not Found”. It is necessary to run 9.1 on this system.

I’ve been working on this for two days, I know I am missing something but I cannot figure it out.

if it's x64, forget it

 

There's an XP emulator from Microsoft you can install, but V9 does NOT AT ALL run well on Win7

V9 with Win7x64 and a USB hasp is not going to happen.

It works fine with a nethasp, but as John said, V9 does not run well on a Win7 OS.

If you must run V9 your best best is a dual boot machine running Win XP and Win 7x64
