setup sheet questions

is there a way to get the setup sheet function to print out the max and min

values for the Z axis, along with the tool numbers, only ? i don't really need mcuh of the other info, just the Z values for the

operator.

After reading this thread I downloaded the html setup sheet and can say I like it. I have noticed however that if I put manual entry information into the program that the html setup sheet doesn't handle it well. The setup sheet will output the manual entry in place of a tool in the operation list of tools. The tool list will be correct. Anyone else have this happen?

You should also try the MPMASTER post from this site. It gives the max/min values and stock allowance in the g-code file as comments

Mill.set has the depths in it. Use that for your setup sheet template under Screen/Configure... in the Files/File Usage dialog.

Davidm - Thanks for the feedback. I was able to make some improvements in the way Manual Comments are handled thanks to improvements in V8 Mp.dll. You can download a new copy in the Tools/HTML Setup Sheets section of this web site. Of course 'improvements' is a highly subjective term. If they are not to your liking, a customization service is available.

Dave Thomson - I appreciate the change in the html setup sheet. The improvement in the comments section is exactly what I needed. Now can you tell me what I've done wrong that the advertisement in the upper right corner and the tool icons no longer show up? I've just got x's.

Adjust the string 'sdirpath' to jive with your install path (drive and directory):

sdirpath "C|/Mcam8/Mill/Setup/"
